About Me

Hello,

My name is Jen Moses and I'm an ASHA certified SLP working in the school setting.  I'm also a busy mom of three girls and live in Vermont with a great husband, rescue dog, two chatty parakeets, and a blue beta fish.

I have a passion for creating materials that are fun and engaging for students and I love sharing DIY tutorials and my products with fellow SLPs and educators.
Thanks for hanging out with me!!!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have worked that past 17 years in the public school setting with elementary and middle school students. I have also worked with ages birth-adult in home health services and high school age students with developmental disabilities. I have completed the Social Thinking Mentor Training at the Michelle Winner’s Center for Social Thinking.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe that children need to feel safe, nurtured, and cared for before they can fully be open to learning. Personal connections with each of my students is something that I strive for. I also want all of my students to know that there may be frustration in learning and that is okay and part of the process. Making learning enjoyable and incorporating as many learning styles/modes of teaching into my lessons is a goal I'm always aiming for.
